All sale items are considered Final Sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return.
Request a return by emailing info@shoshnewyork.com with "return" in the title. Items must be received at our studio within 14 days of our return approval email date.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
